I gained my PhD degree in psycholinguistics at Tilburg University, Netherlands. My research interests include non-verbal communication (e.g., gestures, intonation) and bilingualism, language and cognition. I am also interested in studies of metaphor, and embodied cognition. My PhD studies have focused on the cross-linguistic /cultural differences in the spatialisation of time (e.g., gestures, signs, eye movements). I have joined the Language and Cognition Lab at UCL Since Feb 2018.
